Refunds & Returns

Your satisfaction is important to us. If something isn’t right, here’s what you need to know:

• You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your item.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.
• Returns are processed once the item has been inspected and confirmed to be in original condition.
• Refunds are issued to the original method of payment within 5–7 business days of approval.
• Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
